Terms & Conditions
Read this handbook fully before placing your first bid β registration, bidding conduct, and payment steps are legally binding.
Every listing is independently verified
Bidszo authenticates seller identity, item condition, and title documents before a lot goes live. Registration, bidding conduct, and payment steps are legally binding once you submit a bid.
Government & specialty-item auctions run on a stricter clock
Lots offered on behalf of government or institutional sellers close at a fixed time with no extensions. Check each listing's closing rules before you bid.
Bidszo connects verified sellers with serious buyers across electronics, premium goods, and property lots β backed by escrow-protected payments and a dedicated disputes desk. The sections below cover registration, bidding conduct, disputes, payment & removal, and special notes.
Bidder Info & Registration
Create a verified account with a valid government ID and active phone number.
A refundable registration deposit may apply to high-value lots such as the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max collections.
Sellers active on Bidszo's MarketKit must complete separate seller verification before listing.
One account per bidder; shared or proxy accounts will be suspended.
Registration for premium categories requires proof of funds.
Keep contact details current β award notices are sent by email and SMS only.
Bidding Conduct
Every bid you place is a binding offer at the displayed increment β bids cannot be retracted once submitted.
Standard lots extend by 60 seconds if a bid lands in the final minute, so late snipes don't unfairly close a sale.
Auto-bid (proxy bidding) bids up to your set maximum on your behalf; you'll only ever pay one increment above the next-highest bid.
A buyer's premium is added to the final hammer price and shown before you confirm your bid.
Collusive bidding, shill bidding, or coordinating with other bidders to manipulate a price is prohibited and grounds for suspension.
Contract Disputes
Raise a dispute with the Disputes Desk within 48 hours of delivery, or before removal for pickup lots.
Include supporting evidence β photos, condition reports, or courier records β to speed up review.
Most disputes are resolved within 5 business days; escrow funds stay held until a decision is reached.
Filing a card chargeback instead of using the Disputes Desk may result in account suspension while the claim is investigated.
Unresolved disputes may go to independent mediation before any legal proceedings are pursued.
Payment & Removal
Full payment is due within 24 hours of winning a lot; unpaid lots are automatically relisted.
Funds are held in escrow and released to the seller only after delivery or pickup is confirmed.
Large-format lots (vehicles, real estate, furniture) must be scheduled for removal within 7 days of payment.
Repeated non-payment leads to loss of registration deposit and possible account suspension.
Storage fees may apply to items not collected within the removal window.
Special Notes
Government and institutional lots close at a fixed time with no bid-extension window β plan your final bids accordingly.
Specialty categories (vehicles, real estate, fine art) may require additional documentation before you can bid.
Bidszo reserves the right to cancel or relist a lot in cases of seller error, fraud, or force majeure.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; any unresolved legal action is subject to the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
How a sale closes
A sale is considered closed the moment the countdown reaches zero β the page refreshes automatically to confirm the result. Specialty and government-referred lots close no later than 11:59 PM on the scheduled sale day, with no bid-extension window, so plan your final bids accordingly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Most questions about registration, deposits, and delivery timelines are answered in the Bidder Info tab above. For anything specific to a live lot, message the seller directly from the item page or reach our support desk.
