Terms & Conditions

Read this handbook fully before placing your first bid β€” registration, bidding conduct, and payment steps are legally binding.

01

Every listing is independently verified

Bidszo authenticates seller identity, item condition, and title documents before a lot goes live. Registration, bidding conduct, and payment steps are legally binding once you submit a bid.

02

Government & specialty-item auctions run on a stricter clock

Lots offered on behalf of government or institutional sellers close at a fixed time with no extensions. Check each listing's closing rules before you bid.

Bidszo connects verified sellers with serious buyers across electronics, premium goods, and property lots β€” backed by escrow-protected payments and a dedicated disputes desk. The sections below cover registration, bidding conduct, disputes, payment & removal, and special notes.

Keep contact details current β€” award notices are sent by email and SMS only.

Sale Closure

How a sale closes

A sale is considered closed the moment the countdown reaches zero β€” the page refreshes automatically to confirm the result. Specialty and government-referred lots close no later than 11:59 PM on the scheduled sale day, with no bid-extension window, so plan your final bids accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most questions about registration, deposits, and delivery timelines are answered in the Bidder Info tab above. For anything specific to a live lot, message the seller directly from the item page or reach our support desk.

The highest bid standing the moment the countdown reaches zero wins the lot, provided it meets the reserve price where one is set. Ties on auto-bid maximums are settled by whichever bid was placed first.
If a lot is cancelled, misdescribed, or fails inspection, your payment is refunded to its original source within 5-7 business days. Partial adjustments for minor condition issues are handled through the Disputes Desk.
